• Where does this store ship from?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Custom charges may apply for international orders.

• Can I get my item(s) with next day delivery?

  For US residents: USPS Express (overnight) would be $13. USPS Priority (2/3 days) would be $5. I ship USPS first class (2/5 days) with my current shipping price of $2.

• Will you make me something?

  YES! I do require payment before anything is made and mailed. After the item is made I send pictures of the finished product! You have the final OK, however a re-stocking charge may be applied to cancelled orders.

• Do you wholesale?

  Yes! There is a 25 item minimum for ALL wholesale orders!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You can return your purchase. Please mail items back within 7 days after you receive it. I will refund the purchase price not the shipping. You pay for the return shipping. Please allow for the receipt of goods before an expected refund.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  International purchases are always welcome!
