What is this store's return and exchange policy?
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS! ALL SALES FINAL! It is the customers responsibility to read all information before placing an order. Once you submit your payment you are agreeing to these terms. So please make sure you read the whole listing of the product before you purchase. & also make sure if your buying clothing or shoe items that you measure yourself correctly and know your sizes.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes I do. But please note that shipping charges will be more higher. It might take up to 3 weeks to receive your item since its an international shipping. If you order something pre-ordered it could take up to a month to receive it. I am not responsible for lost items that ship out of the states or extra charges.
I only ship USPS First Class & USPS Priority mail. If you need something shipped faster (if that item is in stock not preorder items) then it will cost extra. Please make sure your Paypal address is correct PRIOR to ordering. If your paypal address is incorrect and your package is returned you are responsible for additional shipping costs. If it gets lost because of a wrong address I am not responsible for it. Once I ship out items it is out of my hands and I am not held responsible for lost packages. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package please let me know, it will cost an extra $5.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items are ALWAYS processed in the order they are received, unless that product is currently in stock then I will ship within a couple of days. If for some reason your order is being delayed I will make sure to contact you right away.
-For items marked as "preorder" It will take anywhere from 14-18 days to arrive. As I order new shipments every 3 weeks. Sometimes it will only take a week depending on the product.
-For regular items in stock it will take 4-8 days to arrive.
-For custom orders such as phones cases & jewelry items it will take a 2-3 weeks to be made since I personally craft your order.
When your item is ready for shipping I will send you an email with updated shipping & a tracking number.
What if an item I want is sold out?
If you see items sold out don't worry. Most items I restock every 3 weeks because that's when I get shipments in. If something says "limited" then obviously thats the only time it will be on my shop. As for custom things those will always be available.
FYI: If there is something you really want and its sold out message me and see if I have extras. Sometimes I get cancelled orders so I will have some extra on hand. Doesn't hurt to ask!(:
