What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 20 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and re-saleable condition in original packaging. Please make sure items are packed well and insured for full amount. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Keep in mind that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
If for some reason something happens to your piece, you may send it back and have it repaired free of charge within 6 months of purchase. (Some items may not be covered for repair i.e. small earrings, sale items, bows, necklaces) If you have any questions regarding our repair policy please feel free to contact us at Lafemmediamant@gmail.com. Any piece purchased over 6 months is subject to a repair fee. We will repair any jewelry design purchased through La Femme Diamant. As with any jewelry or metals the color will change over time, metals react to an individual’s pH levels. This is with any jewelry and is not a flaw in the material. La Femme Diamant Jewelry is all hand crafted. To keep your piece looking its best, avoid getting it wet and store in a dry, safe place.
Web orders are made-to-order. Orders can take up to two weeks depending on available parts and the level of labor intensity for the purchased item/s.
