• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No refund. No returns. What you see is exactly what you will receive. On pre-orders -Stracci makes orders as you placed them, therefore is intended to be for you an only you. Our policy is strict and not as flexible as other stores. We hope you understand. Stracci is not responsible for any damages, or delays made by postal service. You may return an item to alter its size, in which the buyer must pay for shipping and handling. Items in the limited section may not be altered.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Prices and deliver times vary depending on locations.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped - US orders take between 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. - International orders take between 6 - 14 days to arrive.

• What is the best way to care for my handmade product?

  The best way to care for your product is to hand wash them at water temperature stated on the label. Lay flat to dry for small/thin items, or tumble dry low, gentle cycle for items that are thick.

• What if I want a specific color?

  State the color you want under "Special Instructions" or "Leave Me A Note", When you check out. IF I can't find your exact color I will email you the color or colors closest to the requested one. We will make your product as soon as you confirm the color.

  Hat sizes are based on head circumference. Circumference is measured with a measuring tape around the head on forehead level. • How long do Pre-orders take?

  Small items such as a simple hat or clutch will be shipped 2-3 days after you place your order. Large items or items that require more details will be shipped within 7 days.
