• Where does this store ship from?

  Sandy Hook, CT is where I reside and make my PattyCakes. Please contact me to review what kind of cake you wish, discuss rates and delivery details.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the perishable nature of food items returns are not accepted by state law. Please arrange delivery to an air conditioned location, such as a business, where someone is able to receive your PattyCake. Please note that I do not accept responsibility for heat related damage or shipping related damage done by the shipping carrier.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sorry not at this time. I am only delivering withing my surrounding area, due to the perishable nature of food item.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Depending on when the order is placed and when the order is needed will determine how quick I can get your order filled. I will do my best to get your order to you in a timely manner. Rush orders will be available for an extra fee. Please contact me to discuss details.

• Is local pick up available?

  Yes, on weekends and evenings only at this time. Pick up, meet up or deliver. Of course depending on where you are located we will figure out what works best.

• Pick up or Delivery during HOT weather.

  The best rule of thumb for delivering perishables is, if in doubt, upgrade and add a Thermo Case and an appropriate amount of ice packs. We can discuss prices for that if we need to as well.

• Pick Up or Delivery during Cold weather.
