  Because items are either custom ordered or selected from our store and handmade individually for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once payment is received and cleared through PayPal, your order will be shipped within 5 business days (this includes the time it takes to make your item(s). Once it has shipped for customers in the US expect 2-10 business days for your order to arrive. International customers can expect 2-12 weeks for your order to arrive.
