• Where does this store ship from?

• How are orders processed?

  Once Payment is received, it will take 1-2 days for processing. During the processing time, you will receive via email, drafts of your item for your review. Once you confirm the design, it is final and will be printed.

• Will my design be unique?

  Yes! Every design we make is never the same as any other customer's!

• Can I contact you for help with printing my own material?

  Of course! If you have questions on how to upload your design to a print on demand company, or anything else, email us!

• Why do your products cost more than vistaprint?

  Since our designs are not shared with any other customer, we have to purchase graphics to use on your design. This protects you from copyright infringement while ensuring an amazing design! This is why we offer free shipping!

• Is it REALLY free shipping?

  Yes! Your order will be free to ship! Secondary products add $5 "shipping" to cover printing costs.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Since all items are reviewed prior to shipping, returning is limited to damages during shipment. If you would like to arrange a product return, you must notify us via email within 3 business days of receiving your product. Cancellations can be made within the 2 day processing time allotted.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
