Where does this store ship from?
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Because all items are customized and created for you, I do not offer refunds. However, I will provide a store credit or exchange for unused, unopened products returned within 14 days of the date you received your order.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure that any returns are shipped prepaid, insured and with a tracking number for documentation purposes.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
No, I do not accept orders outside the US at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
My current production time is running about 1-2 weeks.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
What is your payment policy?
Items can be ordered directly through my shop. An extra charge will apply to all "rush" orders. All payments are made through PayPal.

Colors may look different on paper than they do on the computer screen.
All finished products are completely handmade. This means that there may be SLIGHT discrepancies from one similar item to another. I am not a computer! :-)
My business hours vary. I am a work-at-home mom (and wife!), so my hours are very irregular. You may hear from me after 7 p.m., on the weekends, 5 a.m., or even in the middle of the night. I love what I do and I am so thankful for my customers, and I work very hard to make sure that everyone is satisfied with my products, timing, and service.
