• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship worldwide! Transit times are best estimates and may be extended if your order is held up in customs, or if you live in a remote location. All international orders are subject to import duties. When goods are imported into a foreign destination, the recipient's government will determine the product value and assess a tariff to be collected on receipt of the goods. These tariffs are typically collected by the delivery agent, such as local post or UPS/FedEx. International surcharges, including but not limited to duties, taxes, tariffs and currency exchange fees are not included in the final order price and are the customer's sole responsibility.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
