  All items sold in this store are digital, so shipping is free.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the nature of digital items, there are no refunds possible. Please be sure that you are buying the correct item before you checkout and contact me prior to purchase if you have any questions.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Premade designs will be sent to the email address provided by Storenvy within 0-48 hours after your payment has cleared. If you have purchased a custom design I will contact you within 0-48 hours after your payment has cleared.

  [COPYRIGHT] All designs are copyrighted by FotoDesign Shelly. Designs may be used for one blog or website only and may not be resold, redistributed or used as freebies. Please keep the credits of FotoDesign Shelly in the footer section of your blog until you no longer use my template. I reserve the right to use designs for my portfolio, marketing purposes and blog posts. [PAYMENTS] Payments for all design work are to be made upfront via Paypal. Currencies used, US Dollar, Euro. I reserve the right to change my prices at any time. [PREMADE DESIGNS] Premade designs are not one of a kind and may be resold by me only. All premade designs are sold as is. Feel free to rearrange your blog template or Storenvy theme as you wish. Storenvy themes do not include sample product images. Any extra additions or design changes requested will lead to additional costs. [REFUNDS] Due to the nature of digital items, there are no refunds possible.
