• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you're not happy, we're not happy! At Bag City Chick, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better! Just make sure to keep in mind the following: -All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us. -Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. -Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. -Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. -We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different color. The following items are non-refundable: -Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date -Returns received in damaged or worn condition International Exchanges & Returns -Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international exchanges. -We do, however, accept international returns. Just make sure the above guidelines are followed.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Just be aware the shipping rates are different from the US shipping rates.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
