• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from our house in Utah, no warehouse or sweaty guys touching your stuff here.

• Do you do custom orders?

  Yes we love to do custom orders, all custom and pre-orders are done by order of received PAYMENT first via Paypal. Please fill out our contact for any questions you may have.

• What is the time frame for custom orders?

  Once the custom order payment has processed and cleared we will begin to work on it. A typical order will take between 1-2 weeks to make and then it will be shipped out. Holidays may take 2-3 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns are done on a case by case within 7 days of delivery confirmation, this is due to that fact I can't guarantee the condition in which the item is return to me from examples pets, smoking etc. Please contact us if you have any issues or questions, most cases the item will be exchanged.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes we have just started to send outside of the US, Please note there maybe an additional charge done at customs that you as the buyer will be responsible for.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once the payment has cleared Paypal it will be shipped with USPS Priority and most domestic orders take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service average is 3-5 days. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 12 weeks.

• What payment types do you accept?

  At the present time we only except Paypal for all transactions.

• What are your shipping prices?

  Our prices are based on the USPS Priority Flat Rate Boxes for domestic, International and Express shipping. This gives us the ease of not guessing on a price and possibility over charging the customer. We do check USPS for price changes every few months. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM CHARGES.
