What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Due to customization, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Please contact customer service to make sure all your questions are answered before finalizing your purchase. Once you approve your order, we cannot make any additional revisions, so please make sure everything looks and is spelled correctly.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Orders outside of the US are not accepted at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.
What if anything else is wrong with my order?

What type of paper stock will my order be printed on?
We print all our orders on a 13pt matte cover stock. If you have any special paper preference, please address it ahead of time so we can do our best to meet your needs.
