Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  Oakland, California Bay area customers will not be subject for shipping charges if we can meet up for delivery. Please contact us for more information. We currently ship only to customers in the United States. Please email 245designs@gmail.com for design only option and we will send you a custom invoice.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to customization, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Please contact customer service to make sure all your questions are answered before finalizing your purchase. Once you approve your order, we cannot make any additional revisions, so please make sure everything looks and is spelled correctly.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Orders outside of the US are not accepted at this time. Please inquire with us at 245dseigns@gmail.com for design only option.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buying">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.

• What type of paper stock will my order be printed on?

  We print all our orders on a 13pt matte cover stock. If you have any special paper preference, please address it ahead of time so we can do our best to meet your needs.
