• Order Processing

  Processing time is 4 to 5 business days (weekend and holidays not included). Rush Processing is available and will reduce the processing time to 2 days. If you'd like rush processing, please contact us immediately following the submission of your order. Include your email address, so that we may bill you via a Paypal invoice. Once your rush processing has been processed through Papal your order will be RUSHED!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most Standard Orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please be aware that weekend days and holidays are not included in 1 Business Day and 2 Business Day shipping . International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Contact Us before returning merchandise for any reason. Orders returned or refused without prior authorization will be subject to all freight charges incurred in the shipping and back shipping of merchandise. All returned goods will be accessed a 15% restocking fee. A returned shipment must include a "Return Authorization Number" or it will be refused by Aureate Expressions. Items correctly personalized cannot be returned. Information will be applied to the product in the same order and exactly as submitted.
