• Where does this store ship from?

  Baseball Cards will be shipped from Seattle, WA. Other items (Like Books) are shipped from printers located in different states.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I don't have a return policy but if there is a problem with your order, contact me at ondeckbaseballcards@live.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue. I will not accept returns on cards damaged or lost in the mail.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
