• About Haej:

  Making jewelry started as my way of "knitting" in front of the TV. And without thinking too much into it, or with fair warning, it has now grown into this collection and site that I have worked many long nights towards. At this point, it is dragging me by my feet and I'm just going along with the ride. Growing organically, and a bit out of control (much like the jewelry itself), into the realms of (drum roll) my own little hustle. I can barely keep up with how much it wants to bust out of the little fish bowl it was once contained in. And I love it. Haej.co is my new humble pursuit; Bittersweet, as I started my creative endeavors as a fine artist: a painter, a sculptor, an installation artist. But it struck me the other day, how similar my process of jewelry making is to my other creative processes. Fine art is still at my core, but I have come to the realization that earning the right to sustain myself with my first passion, success, my "fine art" door, lies further down my life's path. To get there, I have to open all the little doors that are right in front of me. For now, I'm continuing to work hard and to give my best work while staying as humble as possible; open to all opportunities. More so, I am grateful for everything and everyone who has helped me get to this point. You included. Thank you.

• Where does this store ship from?

  From Haej.co, San Francisco. California.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  At this stage, I am a one-woman show. Extra time, including sleep time, has been scarce. For this reason, I do NOT accept returns because processing these returns would be time consuming. Please feel obligated to ask any questions BEFORE checkout, and especially BEFORE I ship. I will, however, honor a case by case basis. I want you to be happy, but not wearing myself too thin is also important to me.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course. I love my international crew. <3

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  It will take about 1-2 days for handeling. Once it is shipped from Haej.co, San Francisco it should take anywhere from 2-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary. If you would like tracking/delivery confirmation, please let me know during check out. Thanks.
