• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  NO REFUNDS everything is FINAL SALE If you receive a damaged item please notify us immediately. Send 2-3 photos of the item & include how it is damaged. We will do our best to either exchange the item for the same or another of an equal value. We do not give refunds. Domestic/US Customers: Exchanges can be made within 14 days of product delivery. International Customers: Exchanges can be made within 21 days of product delivery. Requests for returns must be documented and sent via email to shopbornrich@gmail.com All merchandise must also be in it's original packaging, tagged, to be eligible for exchange. *Shipping charges are nonrefundable! *Refunds take 3-5 business days to process within our company. Once a purchase has been refunded it can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to post to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies and procedures. Additional info for items being returned/exchanged: - Must be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx delivery. - Tracking codes are mandatory. - Customer will be responsible for shipping expenses, unless the error was on our part. - Original receipts/packing slip should also be returned with your package. *Please read each product description carefully, as we are unable to cancel any orders placed with us. • How long will it take to receive my order?

  PAYMENTS + DELIVERY TIME: PAYMENTS Born Rich is currently accepting all of the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, & PayPal. For your protection and security, all customer orders accepted via PayPal, but you are NOT required to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase! Simply click 'Don't have a PayPal account?' on the checkout page, and proceed by paying with your debit or credit card. All orders ship within 2-3 business days, via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to each customer. Shipment exempt days: weekends and holidays. Born Rich ships within the USA, to Canada, and most international countries. Shipping rates are provided below. *Tracking codes are included for Domestic orders only. *All U.S. Express/Overnight orders must be placed by/before 3PM on the day before your package delivery is required.
