• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  30 day Refund and Exchange Return shipping paid by buyer unless it was an error by the merchandiser. We will accept returns and credit your Pay Pal Acct. for the amount of the merchandise minus a 15% face value of the merchandise as a re-stocking fee or we will exchange same item goods with no restocking fee. For partial returns for refund we will refund the items returned minus 15%. We will not refund the shipping costs to you or the shipping costs for you to return the item to us. This return policy is only for items that are returned in unused condition Exchanges-All Returns/exchanges must be made in 30 days. We will charge you a second return shipping charge to get the item(s) to you. You will also have to pay for the shipping of the items back to us. Time limit for returns for refund is 30 days from the date of purchase. We will accept no returns for refund over that time limit. We will do exchanges on unused merchandise with proper documentation.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. For RUSH orders we will ship Fed Ex. Higher shipping rates may apply.
