How long will it take to receive my order?
We want our customers to receive their order as soon as possible. Please allow for up to 2 days in handling time to prepare purchased items. Shipping time may vary. You may contact email@example.com if you have any questions about delivery time.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

The store ships from San Juan, Puerto Rico.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If items are out of stock, your order will be shipped immediately once items have arrived to our company, usually within 3 business days.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Our goal is to make our customers happy and to feel good about the purchase they made with us. Not happy with the product? No problem! You can EXCHANGE your product for another accessory within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers will have to pay the difference if it is a greater valued item. For international customers, they are responsible to pay the shipping to return the item and to send back the requested item.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items to company and put "Return" in the subject line to inform us that you are returning a product. Items must be unused and in NEW condition to receive an exchange for another item, including original packaging. *Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning items to seller.
What if my purchase is damaged when I receive it?
Upon receipt, please inspect the item to verify no damages have been made during the shipping process. If damage is found, please contact email@example.com with "Damage" in the subject line within 24 hours of receiving the product to discuss further steps in returning the product to us.
What if my package does not arrive?

What if I select International Priority Mail & it does not arrive within the expected time period?
6-14 days is what the Post Office says, however we cannot control how fast it is delivered, being that international orders vary in delivery time in regards to each country.
