• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  For MAY and Soultone products: Returns are accepted if item is damaged or defective when received. All products come with a lifetime warranty. Requests for a return or exchange must be made withing 14 days of receiving the item. For Revelation Drums: If anything arrives damaged or broken please email us at info@revelationdrums.com with pictures and details. Thank you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, please contact us for combined shipping rates.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Every item is shipped from Revelation Drums.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  MAY Orders can take 7-14 days to process and ship. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks. Shipping times very for each product. For all other products please see description or shipping notes section in checkout.
