• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship with the United States Postal Service for all domestic/international shipping needs from the New Haven County, CT USA branch.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  There are absolutely no refunds whatsoever. All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping. All items are GUARANTEED non-defective and are thoroughly inspected by multiple personnel BEFORE being shipped out to you. If your package is still UNOPENED and you want to exchange the size of your item, please email us and we will provide sizing exchange instructions (thewordsweuse@gmail.com) to you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks due to Customs checks.
