• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from our home studio in San Anselmo, California - just north of San Francisco.

• Do you accept wholesale orders?

  Absolutely! We are happy to work with wholesale accounts. Please email us at compassrosejewelry@gmail.com with inquiries.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  POLICY ON HAPPINESS AND RETURNS: RETURNS: Your 100% satisfaction is important to me! If you have ANY issue - contact me at compassrosejewelry@gmail.com immediately. If you wish to return or exchange your item - send me an email with reason for return and send the item within 21 days to: Compass Rose Design 19 Caleta Ave. San Anselmo, CA 94960 EXCHANGES: If there is a situation where the item is not damaged - but it is different than you hoped or expected, returns are accepted. Please note that I do my best to represent the item descriptions and measurements and photos - please look carefully and ask any questions BEFORE making your purchase. I am happy to do an exchange with free delivery for an equally priced item upon return of the original item to Compass Rose Design, 19 Caleta Ave. San Anselmo, CA 94960. Buyer pays return shipping for original item and shipping for replacement item. LOSS OR DAMAGE: I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise unless insurance is purchased for package. CONTACT ME BEFORE OR AT PURCHASE TO ADD INSURANCE. I will gladly fix your item or give you a refund for damaged merchandise. If your item breaks due to normal usage (I cannot be responsible if it’s squashed in the car door or stepped on) please ship the item back and I will happily fix it and return it to you! Buyer pays to ship back. NOTE ON ANTIQUES & WATCH PARTS Remember there is sometimes natural variation in hues or loving wear that accompanies the antique items I work with. Note that steampunk watch movements do not run! Very occasionally if a defect is observed before shipping, I will substitute a watch movement or face of equal caliber, only if the design can be replicated. They are antiques I have salvaged and are for decorative rather than functional purposes.

  We are a family company involved with every step of production. Our designs are versatile - wearable with a suit or corset or t-shirt. * REFINED - Never messy. Wear my collection just as easily with a corset as a suit. * AUTHENTIC - I work with genuine Victorian, Edwardian and Art Deco antique artifacts (1850-1950) - you will FEEL and SEE the difference. * QUALITY - finished, clean, high quality craftsmanship. I guarantee my work. * SOLDERED - When soldering, use a 2-stage silver soldering process without torching our antiques, so there is no scorching on your item.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
