• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders ship via USPS priority mail from Hell's Kitchen in New York City.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  30 days for an exchange or refund.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at the moment.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most totes are made-to-order. In most cases, your order will ship within 10 business days. In some cases it may take up to three weeks to ship. Either way, you will be given an estimate after you've placed your order. You can always email me if you want to receive an estimate before placing your order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
