• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Please contact me if you have an issue with your item. Everything is handmade by me, so there is a possibility of human error.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Hoodies take between two weeks and a month to complete. If something is holding your order back, I'll let you know via the email connected to your account. I live in a very small town, so I can only get materials on weekends when I'm able to go into the larger town 20 minutes away, and if they're sold out then I either need to order online (which takes a week) or I have to try again the following weekend.
