Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  Good ol' Providence, Rhode Island from my somewhat cramped apartment, haha.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Should any items be delivered damaged or incorrectly, all orders can be returned and/or refunded within 15 days of delivery. For all other circumstances (for example "I DON'T LIKE THIS ITEM ANYMORE TAKE IT BACK"), I won't be providing refunds. Sorry!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Most certainly! The only downside is it costs a little more to ship.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once an order is placed, it will be shipped the following Monday. I normally go for First-Class mail parcel via USPS, which at MOST should take about 2-9 business days within the US. International shipping times vary. However, I'm flexible with different shipping options. If anyone would like faster shipping on their items, I'm more than welcome to work out something ahead of time. Just let me know before you purchase. :)
