What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final!
We do not accept returns or refunds, unless you received
the wrong item. Should this issue arise, please contact us.
It is very rare that a package goes missing during transit or
gets lost in the mail. Unfortunately we have no control over
where packages end up once they leave our hands;
therefore we cannot replace or refund lost packages.
We also cannot replace any merchandise that is damaged
during transit, unless the damage is caused by poor packaging.
However we can guarantee that we take our time to package
all orders neatly, and with the utmost care.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We accept all orders, domestic and international.
However we can only accept paypal for any orders
placed outside of the USA.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once US orders have shipped (domestic), transit time
usually takes anywhere between 3 to 5 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays).
All US orders will include a tracking number unless it is
too small for the post office to give one out. This usually
happens with thin light-weight envelopes.
Once INTERNATIONAL orders have shipped (anywhere
outside the US, including Canada), transit time usually
takes anywhere between 8 to 20 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays).

Can I cancel my order after I've confirmed?
No, once an order is confirmed we do not accept cancellations.
So please be 100% sure that you are ready, willing, and able to
accept all charges and have the money available for your order
upon checkout.
