• What is a "Pre-Order" & why so many listed?

  Pre-Order is a way for you to customize your bracelet to fit your wrist because most that are in stock fit my wrist which is slightly over 7 inches. Hemp is a natural fiber and has a bit of elasticity to it fit over your fist to put on but not enough to expand to your wrist size and that is why each product has a "Pre-Order" option.

• What does "Coming Soon" mean for items in the store?

  Coming Soon is to let you know that some part of the item is on order for me to complete the design. If you still wish to order, please see note on "Pre-Orders".

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! As Summer wains here in the US, Summer is just beginning in other parts of the World.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I will be using U.S. Postal service. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns for full refund with 7-days of receiving the item, you will pay for return postage. Exchanges are allowable when the item is too big or too small, you are responsible for the return to Simply Beachy only. Please indicate size in inches for bracelet for correct sizing and remaking of the item.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
