• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from the Bloomington, in the heart of Illinois!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your order, please message us to see if there's anything that we can do to right it. However, if there's no defect or fault on the shipper, we reserve the right to request return shipping be paid before refunding your order.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Message us for shipping details!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We try to ship out orders 2-3 times a week, depending on volume of orders placed. However, on weeks when we are traveling to conventions, our inventory goes with us, so any orders that would have been shipped at this time will be shipped at the next available date. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
