Hoffman Bikes wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in NEW, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED condition and in the original box, within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. If you choose to exchange item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges.
All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items, videos or worn/washed clothing and customer service retains complete discretion on granting full or partial refunds and exchange. It is our goal to process all returns within 1 business day of receipt.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 5 and 12 weeks.
What shipping methods do you use?
We only use shipping methods that allow us to track your shipment. We do not offer first class postal mail.
