• Where does this store ship from?

  Wellington, New Zealand (otherwise known as the home of Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit!)

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All originals and prints in this shop are created with archival grade materials and handled with utmost care, so we have every confidence each item is of the highest quality. Your order will be carefully packaged and protected for its journey to you, but unfortunately we cannot take full responsibility for any potential damage that occurs in transit. However, if, for any reason, you are unhappy with the product itself, then a full refund or exchange is available. Return shipping will be at your own cost, and a refund or exchange can be processed when the product is received back in the studio.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Definitely! Depending on what you are purchasing, there is a specified international shipping rate applicable to all countries outside of New Zealand or Australia.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We are a boutique operation, so orders are shipped 1-2 times a week. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the order date to receive your item(s). The shipping rates specified are for standard postal services, which take between 2-3 days within New Zealand, and 3-10 days for all other destinations (International Air). Urgent delivery can be arranged if requested - please feel free to send queries via the Contact form.

• Will my order be safe on its journey?

  Every precaution will be taken to ensure it is! Prints are shipped in rigid card stock mailers to prevent bending or folding of your new treasure. Original paintings (stretch canvas or framed) are carefully packaged: protected by a plastic sleeve, bubble wrapped, with corners reinforced, and then boxed. Recycling is good for the environment, so I hope you understand when you find some re-use of material now and then - it may be less attractive as packaging, but it protects what's important!
