• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Refunds available 24 hours after receipt of your item. If your jewelry is received damaged, return item and we will be happy to repair the broken piece. You will have to pay for the shipping fee to return your piece, but we will return ship the repaired piece at no additional charge. Please return your item in its original packaging If jewelry does not fit properly, we will happily alter it for you. Additional shipping fees will apply.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What kind of materials do you use?

  We use a variety of findings, gemstones, and beads that are sometimes unique, one-of-a-kind, or found objects around our home! Because of this, we use an array of different metals, ranging from silver-plated, pewter, sterling silver, copper, and more.

• Do you have hypoallergenic options?
