• Where does this store ship from?

• Can I request extra photos of a certain figure in a certain color?

  Absolutely, If possible I will take a photo of any figure I have in any color. Although I will only take pics of a figure in multiple colors if at least one is already purchased.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Sorry I do not except refunds on any of my figures. These are handmade customs and some may include minor imperfections. I try my best to only send figures i would be happy to have in my collection, but something may slip by, thats how it goes. Some of my figures ship with random colors and You get what you get. If you would like a different color, find another collector and trade... But if you ask nicely you can probably get me to make you whatever color you want. :)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I ship worldwide~!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Since I am a 1 man business and I make my figures to order please allow approx 10-20 days to make and mail the figure(s). Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Why is my (international) shipping so much?

  USPS shipping rates have increased as of Jan 27th, 2013.
