What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Many of our items are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping we may allow returns or exchanges, depending on the situation. If an item is lost completely we reserve the right to issue store credit over a replacement item. We do not accept returns if you simply changed you mind or did not read an item description carefully enough.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Absolutely! However there is no way to track or insure non-US orders without changing very high shipping costs. If you would like your order tracked and insured for an additional charge please contact us before placing your order. All order to France valued over $10 USD must be shipped with tracking and insurance. You will receive a revised invoice after you place your order to cover additional shipping costs. We no longer ship to Italy.

How often do you ship orders?
I am a single person running a low-volume shop, that means I only ship once a week! If you need an order rushed to you for a birthday, etc. please contact me directly. Using the notes section of Paypal is a bad idea since I don't often look at Paypal receipts.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If you live outside the US please do not worry if your order doesn't arrive the week that it's placed, if it did I would worry there was a ripple in the time/space continuum.
