  All sales are final. Oma’s Cakery custom designs and builds every cake to fit your event and price range. We offer the finest quality of customer service and will make sure you are completely satisfied. We offer no refunds, however, we will work diligently to make sure any issue is resolved. To contact Oma’s Cakery with a concern, compliment, or just to say hello, email omascakery@live.com All prices listed in our advertisements exclude shipping and handling and taxes. All invoices must be paid in full AND payments must complete the processing phase before production will begin. Production time depends on the number of cakes and chosen themes. Some themes may take longer than others, depending on popularity and market availability.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
