• Where does this store ship from?

  San Jose, CA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do!

• How are the prints packaged?

  All prints come in 2 x 12" mailing tubes to prevent folding. If you do not want your print rolled up, contact me and I will do my best to try and arrange another method of shipping.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Prints are shipped within two days of your order. Scrolls are assembled for each order, so please allow me about 5 days to construct your scroll. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If your print is damaged in transit please don't hesitate to contact me (with a picture if possible). I will do my best to replace the damaged prints or provide you with a refund if the print is no longer available.

• I'm looking for a certain print and I can't find it.

  It might be that I didn't anticipate an interest in this artwork as a print. If you would like to see something I've done as a print, let me know and I will see if I can make one for you!

• Can I buy from you at a convention?

  Yes! I attend several conventions a year and plan on working more into my rotation. I have my convention schedule <a href="http://http://fayren.tumblr.com/conventions">here</a>.
