What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify me by Etsy convo. You will have 14 days after placing the order to return or exchange the product with no shipping costs on the new exchanged products.
If you receive an item damaged, please do not leave negative feedback. I will either replace the item for you or refund the cost of the item.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the product is returned in good condition. If you would like a refund, the purchase price will be refunded, but not the original shipping cost. Please note that you will be responsible for initial return shipping fees.
Please do not send back an item based on buyer’s remorse. Please make sure that you do indeed want an item before purchasing.
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is any problem, I will work with you to resolve it.
For all returns and exchanges please follow these general guidelines:
1) Notify me within 14 days after placing the order via email or convo of your return request
2) Once I respond back to you, you have 7 days to return the item
3) Once the item is received, the refund or exchange will be processed promptly
Items that are returned and broken or damaged during shipping, or that never arrive cannot be refunded. It is therefore recommended that you pack your items with sufficient padding and pay the little extra for delivery confirmation.
Please keep in mind, that for custom or special orders, all sales are final.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
My necklaces are made to order. I need up to 7 days to make it, before I can ship it.
All Necklace-Scarf orders are processed within 48 hours after receiving payment. However, orders received on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.
All shipments will be shipped via USPS first class mail unless otherwise requested (shipping upgrade at your own expense).
Packaging and handling cost is figured into your shipping cost.
Insurance and delivery confirmation is available for an additional fee. These fees are available at usps.com or convo me for details.
Items will be shipped to the address listed in your Paypal account, unless otherwise requested at the time of your order. I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or old address. However, if the item is returned to me, I will gladly re-ship it to you, but you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.
For international orders, I am not able to track your package once it is in the mail system. If you need trackable "registered" mail, then let me know so that I can upgrade your shipping costs (approximately $11.50 to register mail).
For all packages, I am not responsible for mail that is lost or stolen.
Customer privacy is very important to me, so all info will only be used for payment and shipping.
