• What type of payments do you accept?

  Released Clothing Gladly excepts; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and direct account payments through PayPal.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns: If your purchased item is unwashed, unworn, and has no sign damaged you my send it back for a refund. Please include the merchandise, order number, and a note explaining in detail the reason of return. You will be refunded the amount recorded as payed, less the shipping. Released Clothing is not responsible for any additional shipping costs related to returned merchandise. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges: We will most certainly, replace faulty or damaged merchandise. Items on the other hand may not be exchanged. If you prefer another item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your order will be shipped two or three business days from time of purchase. Shipments within the united states are estimated for arrival anywhere from 3 to 5 days of time of shipment. Shipping outside of the United States can take up to 4 to 5 weeks.
