• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If your item arrives to you damaged, you have 7 days of receipt to notify the store. Buyer will have 10 days to ship back item. (shipping will be refunded by store). Item will be fixed. If we can not fix the damaged item, we will issue a refund to the buyer. No refunds unless item can not be fixed by seller. All sales are final.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. For customized orders, item may take longer due to the fact that item isn't not already pre-made.
