• Where does this store ship from?

  All jewelry is handmade by Christy, and shipped from Chicago, IL. Each piece of LUCIUS jewelry arrives in a black velvet box, ready for gift giving.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so we accept refunds or exchanges within the first 14 days minus the shipping cost.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

• How much is shipping?

  Shipping is always free in The United States and Canada. It is a flat $15 for anywhere else. Insurance, Overnight or Express shipping service (if available in your area) will require additional shipping fees. Please notify us if you desire any additional services.
