• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders is shipped from USA

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We will accept returns within 7 days after buyer received the item. Refund will be issued after we confirmed that the item is sent back to us.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We will accept orders from outside USA and other selected countries.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For orders within US and Canada, 5 to 7 days to arrive. Most international orders take anywhere from 18 to 21 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• Can I track my order?

  You should receive an email, once your order is shipped. Tracking is available.
