• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Unless the wrong product was shipped, or item was not as described, returns are not permitted. If the item was not satisfactory, feel free to email the store and we will do our best to reach an agreement which is fair to both parties.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! We welcome orders from anywhere in the world.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Standard shipping within Canada is 5-10 business days. Express shipping within Canada is 2-5 business days and comes with insurance and a tracking number. This is not a default shipping option, so please indicate you would like this method in the checkout comments, and your invoice will be adjusted to compensate for this additional fee. Standard shipping in the USA is 10-20 business days, though experience shows that delivery usually occurs far sooner than the outer limit of time, and usually depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.
