• Where does this store ship from?

  My items ship from a suburb of Richmond, Virginia.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If the item(s) are delivered damaged or if the item(s) become damaged beyond the repair methods listed in the care and maintenance form sent with the item(s), it/they can be returned to be repaired within 2 weeks of its purchase. Shipping will be free for repair orders. Items damaged in the manner that is covered in the care and maintenance form will not be repaired. It is the customer's responsibility to read the care and maintenance form and to contact me if they have any and all questions regarding the care and maintenance of the item(s) they purchased before wear and/or use of the item(s) is carried out. This should be done within 2 weeks of the purchase period. Inquiries received after this time will not be answered. Items lost in the mail due to incorrect addresses will not be refunded. Items may be exchanged once for another item of equal or lesser value at no cost. Shipping will be the only payment needed in this situation.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
