We want you to be happy but we're also a very small business. We will exchange a non-custom product, but you will be responsible for the return shipping (we will cover shipping the replacement). Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! Make sure that you check out the shipping rates, though, as they are higher for outside of the USA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items with images can take 2-7 business days to ship. Items without images should ship within 3 business days.
Items shipped within the US will typically arrive 2-3 days after shipping. International items will vary.
