• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All paintings and dolls are non refundable/no exchange. Each doll and painting are made one of a kind and as soon as it leaves my arms, it is in your care. All Jewelry is non-refundable but can be exchanged for same or similar cost item if damaged upon arrival or can be sent back to be repaired within the first 30 days.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. I will be able to email a confirmation code so that you may track your package's delivery status. :)
