What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Being a small business who handcrafts all our products, we take great pride in every item we make. We hope you are happy with your purchase or gift. If you experience a problem with our product related to manufacturing flaw please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order via the Contact Page to allow us to assist you.
We handle all return requests on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is processed, it will be issued via the same method payment was made minus shipping & handling and a restocking fee of 5%. If item has a manufacturing defect the restocking fee will be waived. Items must be returned in same condition it was shipped & in same packaging. This means the item(s) cannot have been used or worn, has not been washed and has no traces of odor such as perfumes, smoke, pets, etc.
Refunds will only be issued after receipt of returned item & inspection of cleanliness and non-use.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun. All custom orders are final so please be sure to work out all order details to your satisfaction prior to the item being made.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.
Each of our products is handcrafted and the process of making them begins once we receive an order. Because of this, we must institute a 25% cancellation fee on all orders cancelled after 24 hours.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
