What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Jewelry, accessories and swimwear are final sale. Clothing can be returned for store credit as long as it is in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. NOTE: Customer is in charge of the cost of return postage. The store credit is for the amount of the item, not including shipping. Please email us before submitting any returns.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on the handling with customs. We are not responsible for import taxes on international orders. Taxes are paid by the customer.
Note: We are not responsible for the postal service when they lose or damage a package. Once the package has left our store and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
-Take off rings before washing hands or using hand sanitizer.
-If it doesn't fit, don't force it. Some of our items are very delicate and will break if it's forced
-Be careful not to get the items caught on anything.
Shiny gold or silver toned items will wear with time. It's the type of metal coating, the more you take care of it the better and longer it will last.
How long before my order is processed?
We usually ship domestic packages within 1-5 business days. We are closed Sundays and Mondays so we don't ship on those days or on holidays. International orders are processed in 1-7 business days.
Can I pick up my order?
No, we only ship out. No will call is available.
