• Where does this store ship from?

  Halifax, Nova Scotia - a busy city on the beautiful far east coast of Canada.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. I take pride in my work and in making sure that as many details about the items are communicated to you in the listings. The photos are very clear, and any additional questions/concerns should be presented PRIOR to purchase. I am more than happy to answer your inquiries as well as send you additional photos if needed.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  You bet! I ship through Canada Post, usually within 2-3 days of receiving payment for an order. I will email you to verify that your order has been shipped. PLEASE keep in mind that once the order has left my hands, I am not responsible for any delays or damages resulting in the shipping process. Every reasonable effort is made to provide secure packaging, which is reflected in my shipping/handling fees. I do not simply throw my earrings into a little envelope and toss it into a mailbox. Items are always wrapped and/or padded. Often there are unforseen delays when shipping across borders and/or oceans. Shipping prices reflect standard letter or parcel post office rates. For extra insurance and/or a preferred delivery carrier, email me for specific charges.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
