• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We want happy customers, and returns postmarked within 7 days are always eligible for replacement/refund. All items included in the original shipment MUST be returned in new condition (organza bags, free gifts, etc). A 20% restocking fee may be applied to refund. Gift wrapping (bag and/or card itself) is non-refundable. FAILING TO RETURN ALL INCLUDED ITEMS WILL RESULT IN A 50% REFUND MAXIMUM.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We ship our U.S. orders via First Class USPS (or Priority for Mystery Bags), and we are happy to report that most customers receive their Joji Boutique orders within 2-5 days!
