• Where does this store ship from?

  Omaha, Nebraska. Fast shipping to either coast of the US.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Because all our items are made to order and therefore custom, we can't accept returns for size exchanges. All items are sold as brand new. However, if we accidentally ship you the wrong size, we will definitely make it right.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We normally don't take orders outside the US but you can message with your request.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, Express Shipping is available on most items.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  We carefully make and ship all orders. If you have any difficulty please contact us promptly.
