• Where does this store ship from?

  All products are shipped by me.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I make sure all my customers are happy. I will give a full refund on the custom made products that do not hold up in the first 30 days.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I only ship to the US

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
